Today I gonna deal about Hotel Guest Services. Its now accessed via mobile devices is the fastest changing area in hospitality. The major brands, such as Hilton, Marriott, etc. have been rolling out their mobile check in and guest service apps.
So the question is "What can independent hotels do to compete?"
I will present my research to answer this question after viewing and explore Lounge Up website after watching video ... let's create a Emaze presentation that discuss these points :
- What guest services are being offered on mobile devices
- What are the benefits to the guest
- What are the benefits to the hotel
- What additional services should be included - in your opinion
