Mobile Guest Services for Independent Hotels

Hi there!

Today I gonna deal about Hotel Guest Services. Its now accessed via mobile devices is the fastest changing area in hospitality.  The major brands, such as Hilton, Marriott, etc. have been rolling out their mobile check in and guest service apps.

So the question is "What can independent hotels do to compete?"  

I will present my research to answer this question after viewing and explore Lounge Up website after watching video ... let's create a Emaze presentation that discuss these points :

• What guest services are being offered on mobile devices
• What are the benefits to the guest
• What are the benefits to the hotel
• What additional services should be included - in your opinion
• What is Lounge Up's 'Share & Go' 
• How are the major chains mobile services creating NEW guest service expectations

After this work analyse I use to respect some technical specification for the presentation below

doing it in:

• Minimum 8 pages
• Include 3 different text links to my source information
• Embed the video of the major hotel chain 
• Putting my name on the cover page

This website was decided by Marriott's group in order to collaborates with customers and followers to reinvent the hospitality experience.

The assignment are:

•  Research through those Travel Brilliantly Innovations 
•  Select one that I would like when traveling
• Share it with a Prezi platform

For this I create a Prezi platform 

This Prezi platform allow me to share the selected concept and my opinion in 8 Pages by also using text links and embed video inside.

Homework Assignment : Hangouts Google Collaboration

Hello everybody !!!

Let's practice an online work using video chat (hangout) and sharing document and desktop.

You can do it like this:

• Choose one or more friends/collaborators

• Set up your google+ Profil

• Arrange a time to meet them in your group online in a Google Hangout

Use Google Drive 

Create a document or presentation and share it in with the gmail addresses of those in your group

 

Conduct the Hangout

• Share one of the group member's desktop

• Share a doc or presentation

How to do a brochure

Hi there!

Today I gonna explain How to created a brochure which are an online class assignment to completed for one of my course. by the way it look like this...

First, I Create a Platforms above Issuu which allow me to make a brochure for a desktop/laptop/tablet...

Brochure are more attractive to the Generation C 

Then, I have been to canvas to help me concerning the online presentation dealing of Mandarin Oriental Paris 

I done it based on this model:

• Highly visual
• Bullet text - short impressive text
• Expresses the personality of the property
• 6 pages - Cover page + last page with your name + Group
• 3 Text links within the pages to the specific website page for the property you have chosen

When I finish it I download it to embed through Issuu to finalize the brochure design as you can see through the link below

Hi everyone!

Happy New Year and all the best for 2015

I know, such a long time, I didn't post here any articles but following many trouble (especially no more internet at home), my study classes and so on... I was not able to post them :/

Now, few things are solved. So I'm going to complet ones of my 2015 resolution's which are to post frequently and work out on my blog :)
